This policy explains what information the Behavior Bee Autism Center website (www.behaviorbeeautismcenter.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. It does not describe how we handle information as part of your child's therapy services; please ask our team about that.

Information you send us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and a message. You can also ask the form to send you a copy. We use this information only to reply to you. Please do not include detailed medical or diagnostic information in the form; we are happy to discuss that by phone.

The Employment page links to Google Forms for job applications. Information you enter there is collected by Google Forms and is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Cookie notice and your choice

On your first visit, a cookie notice asks you to Accept or Decline optional cookies. Your choice is saved in a cookie named cookieconsent_status. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, Microsoft Clarity does not load.

You can change your choice at any time: change your cookie choice. This clears your saved choice and Clarity's cookies, and the cookie notice appears again. Clearing this site's cookies in your browser does the same.

Microsoft Clarity (only if you accept)

If you click Accept, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Clarity records how you interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and the pages you view, along with your device and browser type and a general location based on your IP address. We use this to create heatmaps and session replays.

We have set Clarity to mask all page text and everything typed into forms, so that content is not sent to Microsoft. We do not use Clarity for advertising. Clarity sets first-party cookies named _clck and _clsk, and Microsoft may set its own cookies. For more about how Microsoft collects and uses data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Other services that support the website

  • Webador hosts this website. It sets cookies needed for the site to work (JWSESSION and JwStickySession) and keeps standard server logs.
  • Visitor statistics: Webador counts page visits with Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and reports only totals.
  • Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact form from spam. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
  • Mapbox provides the map on our Home and Contact pages. When the map loads, your browser requests map images from Mapbox.
  • Facebook: our pages link to our Facebook page and offer a share button. We do not place Facebook tracking code on this website; Facebook's own policies apply once you visit Facebook.
  • The Buzz: our Facebook news slideshow and new-post notice load from a small feed service we run on Cloudflare Workers. It sets no cookies; Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver it (see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy). If you close the new-post notice, your browser remembers that choice on your device.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information collected through this website. We share it only with the service providers listed above as needed to run the website, or when required by law.

Children

This website is intended for parents, caregivers, and job applicants. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
